IF YOU'RE IN

CHARLESON, SO. CAROLINA

  1. DESIGN CONSULTATION. This will most likely take place via Skype or FaceTime. We will go through all of the details of your wedding from colors and design elements, to your dreams for your paper goods. Usually we both throw around ideas and go through pinterest boards so we can come up with the most beautiful stationery - ever.
  2. DEPOSIT. Once you've fallen in love with what we have come up with during your design consult, I generate an estimate and the deposit is paid online.
  3. DESIGN TIMELINE. I will send you a digital file with a design timeline so you, myself and your wedding planner can all be on the same page with when proofs should be expected along with when you should supply me with your guest list. The file also contains an address template which I require my brides to use to ensure I am getting all of the information I need to address your envelopes to your guests.
  4. PROOFING. Based on the design timeline, proofing will begin. Sometimes it's immediately, sometimes it's not for a couple of months. It all depends on how many other clients I have and how far out your wedding day is. I do three rounds of proofs to ensure perfection! This is the time to speak up if something isn't exactly the way you wanted it. Any proofs required after three does incur additional cost. You will receive a final mock-up of your entire invitation suite, down to the envelopes. It's really important to have everyone and their mother proof read everything because sometimes my eyes miss small details that I have no way of catching.
  5. PRODUCTION. The turn-around time for production will be outlined in your design timeline. It will vary based on the printing style, calligraphy, assembly, etc.
  6. SHIPPING. As soon as production is complete, or nearing the end, I will send the final invoice. I require final payment prior to shipping. It will be sent either USPS or FedEx based on your preferences and our timing.
